ITPS can provide all pre-opening operations planning services necessary to ensure a safe and efficient operation.  At a pre-determined time prior to the estimated opening of the facility, ITPS can establish a preliminary critical path into the operating program based on the project schedule.  This critical path will then become the foundation upon which the project's operating program is developed in the timeliest fashion.

Training Manuals and Related Training Services

In order to fully prepare the project team members to create and implement a successful operation, ITPS will offer its comprehensive services relating to training.  This training can be provided in many formats.  ITPS can develop training manuals, provide training programs at an established and similar facility, or supply an experienced training team on-site at the project to conduct a top-line or full-fledged training program.
