
Should a project require on-site management services, ITPS is fully equipped to provide these services. The on-going management services, as provided by ITPS, will commence on the first day the project is opened to the general public. The services listed herein represent the daily implementation of the services contained in the Pre-Opening Operations Planning Services scope of work, as well as continued short- and long-range planning for the project based upon the experience of ITPS in managing leisure facilities.
As the management group, ITPS would be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the project, and would provide the following services through the on-site General Manager and ITPS staff support, as well as other on-site personnel so identified:
