ITPS can provide maintenance and safety audits, as well as operational audits for any size leisure facility.
"What is an Audit, Why do I need one, and What does ITPS offer?"
ITPS offers its expertise and experience in the operational and/or maintenance, safety, and loss prevention review of existing recreation/leisure facilities. ITPS will undertake a full operational and/or maintenance, safety, and loss prevention review of the facility, its components, and its overall operation. Any and all recommendations are based upon ITPS experience and available industry related standards. Each pertinent area within the park will be assessed based on the current systems, park policies and procedures, prioritization of guest safety, and numerous other factors.
An operational and/or maintenance, safety, and loss prevention audit includes a site visit to the park by members of the ITPS staff, followed up by a detailed written report of findings. This detailed written report would include a summary of the situation as presented during the audit period, and recommendations to improve or enhance operation. This detailed report will include accompanying photographs or a videotape that will substantiate the findings and/or recommendations.
Operational Audits
An Operational Audit conducted by ITPS includes a full analysis of a project's overall operation. This Operational Audit has a two-fold purpose. First, it seeks to develop positive interaction with the project's management staff and to provide this staff with the guidance and tools necessary to successfully perform their duties. Secondly, an Operational Audit includes a full appraisal of the project's operation through visual observation. Areas observed include rides, games, food service, merchandise, safety and security, human resources, cash control, admissions, guest relations, marketing, shows, and grounds. Strengths and weaknesses of the project's operation will be noted, and appropriate recommendations will be made.
Maintenance, Safety, and Loss Prevention Audits
These facility audits will be specific to produce an overall project report. The audit conducted by ITPS will include: a visit to the project by the appropriate ITPS staff, a detailed written report of findings, recommendations to improve or enhance operation, and accompanying photographs or videotapes, which will substantiate the finding and/or recommendations.
