International Theme Park Services, Inc. consults very closely with each of its clients. We first learn what the position requires (i.e., experience, technical skills, and other pertinent factors) that will influence the candidate’s success and client satisfaction.

A position description is developed as a result of these discussions. Based on this information, we prepare a targeted search strategy taking into account the industry, geography, and organizational structure.

ITPS then uses its knowledge and experience in the industry and marketplace along with the input from our associates in our other offices and as well as industry sources to identify and contact potential candidates.
